Start Time : 8:30 AM

Location : Mt Pisgah (Howard Buford Recreation Area)

Length : 7 km
Vital Information
This fun and scenic 7 kilometer route traverses the trails on Mt
Pisgah and will prove quite rewarding for all who participate.  As
a run, the route will be challenging for even the most seasoned
athletes, but those entering in our walking division will find that
their slower pace allows them to enjoy spectacular views of the
southern Willamette Valley.

The route starts out using relatively wide trails that will allow
participants moving at different paces to sort themselves out,
but the course soon narrows to an enjoyable single track.

Runners :
Test yourself against other competitive runners on the exciting trails
at Mt Pisgah. Several age groups will keep the competition fair, but
even if you aren't here to win, you will still reap the rewards of
running to the summit of Mt Pisgah.
Walkers :
The walking category is perfect for those of you looking to enjoy a
more relaxed and less competitive experience at spectacularly scenic
Mt Pisgah. Make it a family outing and build bonds that will last for a
lifetime, all while helping the homeless of Lane County.
